These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Finstein ERP website, including all related pages, content, materials, demos, forms, and services available at https://finstein.ai/erpNext and any successor or subdomain websites (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing or using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site.

ERP-related decisions should be made only after formal consultation and contractual engagement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finstein shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to discontinue use.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Finstein, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:
