ERPNext integrations

ERPNext, connected to everything else you already run. No business replaces every system at once, and the value of an ERP comes from what it can see — which means the connections to your bank, your storefront, your devices and the statutory portals matter as much as the ERP itself.

Every page below states what the integration does not do, as plainly as what it does.

What can ERPNext integrate with?

ERPNext connects to statutory portals for e-invoicing and e-way bills, to payment gateways and banks, to Shopify and WooCommerce storefronts, to WhatsApp Business, to biometric attendance devices, and to BI tools such as Power BI. Data can be migrated in from Tally or Zoho, and its REST API covers anything without a ready-made connector.

Integrations we deliver

Each page covers what the integration actually does, what data moves in which direction, how the work runs, and where the boundaries are.

How we approach integration work

Integrations fail in predictable ways. These five rules are what we apply to avoid them, and they are the same on every page above.

One side owns each field

Before anything is connected, we decide which system is authoritative for each piece of data. Two-way sync without an ownership rule produces a loop where each system overwrites the other, and it is the most common cause of an integration being switched off.

Failures are visible, never silent

Every integration we build has an exception queue. A statutory document that failed to generate, an order that did not arrive, a device that stopped reporting — each surfaces immediately rather than being discovered at month end.

Sandbox before production, always

Connections are proved against test environments and against your own historical data, so the first time a failure pattern appears it is not on a live customer invoice or a real payment.

Credentials stay yours

Gateway accounts, GSP subscriptions, platform subscriptions and API keys are contracted in your own name. We configure them; we do not hold them, and you are never dependent on us to keep a connection alive.

Limits are documented up front

Every integration page states what it will not do. Discovering a boundary in week three is how projects lose trust, and most of what people assume about these connections is not written down anywhere else.

ERPNext integrations —common questions

Usually yes. ERPNext exposes a full REST API and webhooks, so anything with its own API can be connected. The pages listed here are the integrations Indian businesses ask for most often; others are scoped individually, and the honest answer sometimes is that a system's API cannot support what you want.

Well-built ones do not. Integrations built against documented APIs and standard apps survive version upgrades; ones built by modifying core code do not, which is why we do not build them that way. Upgrades are tested against a staging instance before production regardless.

You do. Gateway merchant accounts, GSP subscriptions, platform accounts and API credentials are contracted in your own name. We configure and document them, so you are never in a position where an integration depends on our access.

Yes, and that is usually the sensible order. Statutory integrations tend to come first because they carry deadlines, then payments and banking, then channels and analytics. Each is independent, so there is no need to commit to a set up front.

It lands in an exception queue and, for the ones where timing matters, raises an alert. Nothing passes silently. What happens next depends on your support arrangement, but the failure being visible is not optional in anything we build.

No. GSP subscriptions, gateway fees, platform charges, Power BI licences and device hardware are contracted and paid directly by you. Our cost is the implementation and support work, which keeps the two separable and the pricing honest.
